The company was not the first I contacted.After taking to several others,2cools sales rep.CJ by ,explained my options .Wemade a deal that was in my price range,with a much higher seer rating than others offered.A few days later I called their office and set up an install date On the date set their installer called and arrived moments later.The temp was supposed to fall to near freezing and in answer to my concern.Will ,with his helper Tito, assured me I would not be without heat that nite,and proceeded with the installWill and his apprentice proceeded in my home neatly and quickly then went outside and finished there They began the removal of the old unit,then came quitting time,and I did have heat with my brand ductless split.They came back to finish the cosmetics and some instruction and offered to help if I any questions On the whole the experience with "cool ac ,the sale deptCJ,,the installers was a good one

On August 14, we rendered an initial exam to Khanh Le (preferred name [redacted])
On August 18, we proceeded to review our findings from our initial exam with [redacted] and to inform her of our plan of action (aka: treatment plan)
From visit one, the patient is introduced to our paperwork and asked to sign all pages stating they agree with the office policiesThis office policy is attached and for your convenience I have highlighted the pertinent sections for this complaint
All patient's understand before even beginning care, that services sent to an insurance carrier are subject to the carrier's conditionsEven if insurance if verified in office, it does NOT guarantee a coverage of careAll insurance claims are final once the claim comes in from the carrierAt various times, the carrier will make an error and our office calls the carrier to correct the errors
In regards to this particular case, the insurance was verified to show coverage for the patient's careHer plan is a new plan under the marketplace insurance plansAfter receiving denial from her insurance carrier (a process of submitting claims and receiving them can take from 1-weeks depending on the carriers speed of processing) we immediately contacted [redacted] to notify her of the insurance's denialsWe did not see [redacted] for any more treatments after we discovered her insurance was denying her claimsOur office did however inquire into the insurance denial and they did tell us that with a pre-certification from her primary care physician, the insurance would cover the claimsWe immediately contacted [redacted] to notify her of this updateAfter a week of reaching out to her primary care physician's office, we were contacted back with a notice that NO chiropractic benefits would be considered under her planThis was in direct opposition to what her insurance plan (MDwise Healthy Indiana Plan) had told us on our initial inquireAgain, we contacted [redacted] to let her know of the decision
As the case stands, we are contacting MDWise Healthy Indiana Plan again to find out why coverage's were initially approved and now denied
We have a series of cordial emails to and from [redacted] that I will be more than happy to provide which show our open communication in this mannerAt no time did the patient mention to me that she was not responding to care for herselfShe did mention her boyfriend was not responding as they would have hoped; however no mention of her disapproval was brought to our attention
Matters like this can be very frustrating for patient'sThis is why we have them sign our initial paperwork so that they understand the office policy and that no coverage is guaranteed until the insurance explanation of benefits has been received
We have since reached out to [redacted] to try and resolve this manner amicablyWe are even willing to accept reduced fees for service to compromise on this matterIt's unfortunate the Revdex.com was contacted, however we understand her frustration and we do acknowledge that there are two sides to every story

Hat's Off to the Crew at 2 Cool Air Conditioning!
It was time to replace our central air system so we went about the business of getting quotes from a number of local companies. C.J. was the representative from 2 Cool and we were most impressed with his caring demeanor, attention to detail and his thoughtful recommendations. But, because of the cost difference on what was supposed to be an equivalent system, we initially chose a different a/c company.

However, after that other not-to-be-named company tried a well-rehearsed bait and switch routine on us, we called C.J. back and confirmed that everything he had told us when quoting was just as we understood it. He was even able to slide just under our total available budget and we are very happy with our brand new Bryant Energy Star system.

Thanks go out to C.J. for going the extra mile for us and for understanding the predicament we were in. And, thanks go to Chris and Anthony who went out of their way and came out on a normal day off to get our install done quickly and efficiently.

Five Stars. A+. Exceptional. Take your pick but 2 Cool gets only the highest possible rating from this very happy and satisfied customer.
