The realtor I dealt with was not at all organized. She helped me find a renter for my property but failed to send me the final signed contract documents and deposit check for two months. I gave her the exact address where to send the check and documents but she instead sent everything to my vacated PO Box which I had not used for over a year. Repeated calls and texts to her phone and the company listed phone did not get results for over a month.
