I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and IF this is a legitimate offer, then I accept it. However, since I had been told previously that a refund check was already in the mail, I will believe a refund has been sent when I actually receive it. I was told two weeks ago that a refund had already been sent, only to receive another email yesterday saying it was just sent yesterday.

I ordered a box from the website www.bootybin.com for my sons 13th birthday. I ordered the box on 7/1/15, his birthday was 7/15. The website says I would receive the box in 2-5 days. The immediately took $35.00 from my bank account the same day on 7/1/15. I got a confirmation email from [redacted] stating that they received my order. It said thank you for placing your order with [redacted] Order confirmation for order #1130. We as of the 10th I had gotten nothing in the mail. I went on their "contact us" page on the website and its just a page where you fill in the form. So I did that. NO response from them. So a week later I did it again! still no response. I then went to my confirmation email and emailed them at the [redacted] email. I have emailed that address multiple times. NO response. So on 8/6/15 I contacted my bank and they provided me with the phone number of [redacted] and stated this would put me in contact with the company who charged my account the $35.00. I have called this number probably 40 times, I've left 3 voicemails and NOTHING. They have stolen my money. I am a single mother of 3 kids and I work bill to bill. I know its only $35 but this was my sons birthday gift and he never got it. This is very frustrating. So I [redacted] this number and found that this number belongs to 3 different companies. The [redacted], the mystery box and the [redacted]. So I guess they are a HUGE scam. I dont even know how to get my $35 back!

Review: I placed an order for a monthly delivery on February 18th, 2014. The website stated my items would be shipped on March 1st and would be received within 2-3 days. I have still received nothing. The last time I looked at the website, the price had been raised from the original $29 to $49 with no explanation or no warning. The company has taken my payment of $29, and I have proof of this on my bank statements. I have sent two emails and two [redacted] messages requesting a cancellation of my subscription and a refund of the $29 I had already paid for the box I never received, and I have received no reply to any of these messages. I want my $29 back, and I want my subscription cancelled. I refuse to pay for something I'm not receiving.Desired Settlement: A refund of the $29 I already paid, as well as a refund of any charges that may be incurred between now and the time this issue is resolved, and confirmation of cancellation of my subscription.

Review: I ordered a mystery box from booty bin which is listed on this site as an additional website for mysteryshopbox.com. I received a confirmation email for my order (order#[redacted] 4/12/15) my credit card was charged for $55.00. According to their website you purchase, they pack and ship within days of your order. This is cut and pasted from their website:

"After purchase Booty Bin will be shipped within 2-3 Business days via USPS Priority Mail. Average delivery time is 2-4 days from ship date."

Over the past two months I never received the product and the company has failed to respond to any inquires that I have sent them regarding status of my purchase. I used all contact avenues from their website, Facebook and even tried using the email address of the order confirmation email that I received. In the last email I sent them I informed them that if I did not receive any correspondence from them in the next week I would go seek assistance from the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back

Review: I was charged for a Mystery Box, but the product never arrived. When I tried to get information on my missing shipment or a refund, my emails and phone calls were ignore. Messages posted to the company's Facebook page were deleted. I have currently been charged without ever having received a product.Desired Settlement: I would like either a shipment tracking number to see that my product has been shipped and is en route, or I would like a full refund.

Review: This website appears to be a scam. I bought the first "mystery box" as a gift for my girlfriend for christmas which never showed up. I followed up asking for status, tracking, etc. No response. Then I cancelled and asked for refund, twice. Eventually a [redacted] from [redacted] responded saying they would refund my payment and have never given the refund and stopped responding to my complaints. Review: I made the purchase on January 5, 2015 My card was charged from [redacted] on January 6, 2015 after I made a [redacted] purchase for $49.00 and $6.00 shipping Merchant information is [redacted] phone number [redacted]- they say after payment they ship within 2 days priority mail 5 days to receive. It has now been 19 days and I have emailed with no response. they only responde to my through [redacted] messenger from time to time. They said last week they were sending a replacement that I should receive in 1-3 days from email. A week later and I have not and asked for tracking number and they have not replied. I still have my [redacted] receipt number, can not transmit because system thinks it is a credit cardDesired Settlement: I would like delivery of my order or a refund. From reading social media it is happening to a lot of people. I just want to be contacted and to receive my order. I work hard for my money and treat my self only once in awhile to things and this has been a bad month.

Review: [redacted] is a subscription box company. They collect money from subscribers and are supposed to mail them a subscription box each month. They used to be active in social media, but no longer are. They don't seem to be returning emails from customers either. I paid for 6 months in advance and the last box I received was in January. They have not announced to subscribers if they are or are not still in business, but their website seems to still be up and running and accepting payments, yet several subscribers including myself have not received anything.Desired Settlement: If they have stopped sending out boxes, they should stop collecting money from costumers as well as refund the money to those of us who have paid for several months in advance and have not/will not receive any goods.

Review: I had placed an order with this company at their bootybin.com website hoping to get a box for my younger brother's birthday on the 10th of May. I was charged 35$ as soon as I placed the order, and I even received confirmation over email from a third party that they charged me. After a couple of days I emailed them through the bootybin.com website since they do not provide a direct email to provide me with a tracking number for my package or some sort of shipping confirmation. Several days later and no such email, I try to contact them a second time on the 20th asking for the same information. Still no response, and just a couple of days ago I sent an email requesting a refund and telling them I will complain to the Revdex.com if they do not respond and there is still no word from them and nothing in the mail or even on its way (confirmed with UPS that there is nothing in transit to my address) and it has been almost 3 weeks now. At this point I am angry and I just want my refund and they do not seem to care.Desired Settlement: I want the money that was charged from my account back. I no longer want the product since it was intended as a gift and the birthday has since passed.
