Buying my first stethoscope from MyStethoscope.com has been the worst consumer experience I have ever hadI ordered my stethoscope on August rush delivery and it was sent to the wrong address!
It has been so frustrating trying to work with this company to figure out what happened and how to get my stethoscope! I have called their number five times since I realized on August that the shipment went to the wrong address and the package was sent back to the manufacturerEach time I've called, I'm told that this is a complicated case and it will be passed on to higher-ups to figure out what happened and that I'd be receiving a call/email back within hoursIt's now been over two weeks of trying to get an answer
I am feeling absolute hopeless regarding whether I will ever get my stethoscope from MyStethoscope.com or at least get a 100% refund for the missing stethoscopeI am hoping that my medical studies won't preclude me from seeking legal counsel if this is not resolved soon; there needs to be justice!

Very courteous and professional. My engraved littman stethoscope was done on the spot. My choice of color was available (black edition), they had a variety of colors. Very satisfied with service and product, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Review: I placed an order with them on 12/30/09. Their web site ordering system glitched and I had to go back twice to correct mistakes. I forgot to check the engraving box. They sent me one email about giving them more money. I have responded numerous times by phone and email. I have attempted to use their live support program (which I have yet to see live). For the last 2 weeks I have asked them to refund my payment via paypal and to cancel my order. I have made 4 phone calls over 3 weeks and sent as many or more emails, without 1 response.
