I called Mystic Creek Bengals looking for a specific color traitThe woman I spoke with initially said they currently had noneI was ok with that and said I would keep lookingShe then says she actually does have one that has special medical needs that she hasnt advertised up for adoptionWe then spoke on the phone for about minutes and even went so far as to discuss when I could come get the catI told her I would call her the following day once I had spoken with my vet to make sure they could handle the cats special medial needs, but that I was serious about the adoptionI talked to my young son (who is special needs as we discussed) and fiancee about the adoption that night and called my vet the next morningI then called Mystic Creek Bengals back that day as I had promised to let her know we could indeed take proper care of the cat and would be there on the day we had discussedNo one answered, so I left this info on voice mailI never got a call backI did get an email days later basically saying 'sorry I gave the cat to someone'This is highly unprofessional in my opinionIt caused my child extreme distress which in turn upset me

I called Mystic Creek Bengals looking for a specific color trait. The woman I spoke with initially said they currently had none. I was ok with that and said I would keep looking. She then says she actually does have one that has special medical needs that she hasnt advertised up for adoption. We then spoke on the phone for about 20 minutes and even went so far as to discuss when I could come get the cat. I told her I would call her the following day once I had spoken with my vet to make sure they could handle the cats special medial needs, but that I was serious about the adoption. I talked to my young son (who is special needs as we discussed) and fiancee about the adoption that night and called my vet the next morning.
