I received a high mileage oil change from jiffy lube on Beechmont ave on June 3rd and once I recived the oil change I went to work an when I got off the oil light came on an a loud knocking noise came onI contacted jiffy lube immediately which then the store manager James came to my location and checked the oil an verified that it was a quart of oil overI then had to get the car towed to jiffy lube under my expense and the car sat there until June 8th when then I was contacted by corporate to get the car towed to a place where I water to get it servicedThe store manager James informed me that jiffy lube will get it towed to one of there special mechanics in which that did not happenNow the car will not start up at all its compeletly out an id sitting at the car shop with a blown engine that jiffy lube is not trying to help pay for nor get me a rental car nor offer any cash settlement
