Review: I stayed at the [redacted] on Feb 13th - 15th for Valentines weekend (Reserrvation under [redacted]). My [redacted] was damaged during valet parking. That weekend was a snow storm, and apparently the antena was broken off while the valet attendant was cleaning the car. I was notified by the Mgr [redacted], who assured me she will make a report and send it to their insurance company and send me the details in 3 business days.
I made several attempts to contact Ms [redacted], and was told she not longer worked for [redacted]. I was referred to speak wih Manager [redacted]. We had several conversations since then, where she mentioned [redacted] insurance will call to resolve the issue.
Two weeks ago, she promised she will contact [redacted] and get back to me in 3 days. After several months, this issue is still open with no attempt to resolve.
The estimate with parts and labor is approx $600.00 so far as per [redacted].
