I am rejecting this response because:The contract has not been modified, Mystic Rose has every right to upload their own copies of this contractNothing that has been outline in this contract has been fulfilled this company took $dollars without doing one thing for our companyMystic Rose web site is a facebook account, she claims to be a DR.? It is fraud and I think I have support my claims with the supporting documentationI also have a phone recording which Mrs*** was informed she was being recordedEven in her response she does not make a clear understanding of the claims against her and her companyShe runs a what seems clear cut Fraud based money shifting scheme that I did not want my business connected toI knew It was trouble when she came a few days later with a new older used car that she was nervous about making payments on? She was not what she claimed to beI do not want to go word for word but it was to many signs early on! She has not produced one hard piece of documentation to prove me incorrect!

This is claims on me and my agencyPer there application the client did not commit to complete everything that is in our contracts and the contract clearly states that there is not refundClient also misuse companies information for their on gratificationI will be sending a copy of the
contract or the person that submitted this claim needs too

Although, this contract has been modified by the other party, please read page 2 which clearly state their responsibilities. Actually this company is in a default payment. Therefore the contract also states that it could be canceled anytime by either party. The contract also states that this origination fee is NON REFUNDABLE. Again this is a business to business contract who contact you all stating that we are a fraud and that we took their money. As a company they had responsibilities in the beginning and did not agree to the changes therefore we can no longer assist them. I will be taken legal actions as well.
