Mystical Dragon Gift Shop and Bookstore

Review: After my initial order went to the wrong address (their fault), it took two months of constantly calling before they shipped out a new order. Every time I called the store, no one called me back, and when I did talk to someone, they told me the order had shipped. The number listed for web orders doesn't work, and they never did anything to compensate. When I finally received my order, one of the items was broken. When I called the store, they told me they couldn't take a message because they didn't have a message pad and were moving and to call back Monday (4 days later). Worst business I've ever ordered from online.Desired Settlement: Either refund or replacement, though if I'm never going to hear back from the business, I'd rather keep the item and glue. I'm worried I will have no refund and no item.
