Made a purchase on 12/of rings for $through from ***, shipment was supposed to arrive in 7- days Doesn't arrive, seller doesn't respond to my attempts to contact until I say I'm going to report the business because I'm concerned it's a scamSob story from seller, I'm understanding and give another chance to send Package received 1/13, but only partial order was fulfilled (rings, of which were broken) - items are not as described, partial shipment was not indicated by seller during our discussion prior to her sendingDue to the condition of the items, I requested that a refund be provided for the difference and that Seller not send the remainder of the order Seller refuses refund and states (on 1/14) that the rest of my order was sent on 1/and should arrive by 1/or 1/19, and if I do not receive by then, promises a refund would be issuedDoes not provide trackingIt's now 1/and I have not received the remainder of the order or a refund M
