resolved. The headstone was delivered to [redacted] Cemetery on June 16, 2016 and as soon as Stuart Mortuary was notified, Angela R[redacted], my assistant, called [redacted] personally. As an aside, [redacted]'s uncle is a former employee of Stuart Mortuary and he and my father and Angela's father were close friends. It was my presumption that keeping the closeness of our relationship and the communication, that the customer, [redacted] her sister [redacted] were satisfied. In all fairness, I must also disclose that at former employee, [redacted], had been handling most of the headstone department of Stuart Mortuary, Inc. He is no longer and employee.
