Dear Mr***;
I am writing in response to your email dated March 25, which included the merchant, Barbara M***, response to my complaint. The details of what occurred in MsM***' shop on 12/28/are slightly inaccurate. Initially, I went in to MsM*** shop for a reading that her daughter told me would be $125.00. During the initial reading, MsM*** convinced me to sign up for an additional program as well as purchase a very expensive crystal that would help my daughter, who is currently ill. On my way home, I thought more of the events that took place and was unhappy with the way she conducted business. I believe she finds people's vulnerabilities and uses that against them in order to profit for herself. I realized MsM*** was scamming me into paying more money and immediately decided to cancel her services. The next day I went back to her shop to cancel and get a refund on my card. MsM*** refused to credit my card and insisted that the sessions were necessary for the health of my daughter. I returned to MsM***' shop a total of three separate times to cancel services, and each time I was met with arguments and stress
I then disputed the charges with ***, which she in turn refuted saying that I signed for the charges. I did sign for the charges, however, I attempted to cancel several times within a 24-hour period. After I disputed the charges, but before I could appeal the decision, she sent a crystal to my house addressed to my son. This was sneaky and deceiving as my son, *** ***, has had no contact with this woman nor was he ever mentioned in the initial reading. I told him to immediately return the package to sender. MsM*** denies sending the package to my son. I have enclosed the information from the package that she sent. The label clearly states *** ***, my son, as the receiver and is signed at the bottom by her
Not only am I disputing these charges on my card, I am hoping this woman be put out of business. She is preying on emotionally vulnerable people and using their problems against them instead of helping them. I hope to stop her from continuing to take advantage of others
Thank you for your time and consideration
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
I am writing in response to your email dated March 25, 2016 which included the merchant, Barbara M[redacted], response to my complaint. The details of what occurred in Ms. M[redacted]' shop on 12/28/15 are slightly inaccurate. Initially, I went in to Ms. M[redacted] shop for a reading that her daughter told me would be $125.00. During the initial reading, Ms. M[redacted] convinced me to sign up for an additional program as well as purchase a very expensive crystal that would help my daughter, who is currently ill. On my way home, I thought more of the events that took place and was unhappy with the way she conducted business. I believe she finds people's vulnerabilities and uses that against them in order to profit for herself. I realized Ms. M[redacted] was scamming me into paying more money and immediately decided to cancel her services. The next day I went back to her shop to cancel and get a refund on my card. Ms. M[redacted] refused to credit my card and insisted that the sessions were necessary for the health of my daughter. I returned to Ms. M[redacted]' shop a total of three separate times to cancel services, and each time I was met with arguments and stress.
I then disputed the charges with [redacted], which she in turn refuted saying that I signed for the charges. I did sign for the charges, however, I attempted to cancel several times within a 24-hour period. After I disputed the charges, but before I could appeal the decision, she sent a crystal to my house addressed to my son. This was sneaky and deceiving as my son, [redacted], has had no contact with this woman nor was he ever mentioned in the initial reading. I told him to immediately return the package to sender. Ms. M[redacted] denies sending the package to my son. I have enclosed the information from the package that she sent. The label clearly says [redacted], my son, as the receiver and is signed at the bottom by her.
Not only am I disputing these charges on my card, I am hoping this woman be put out of business. She is preying on emotionally vulnerable people and using their problems against them instead of helping them. I hope to stop her from continuing to take advantage of others.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
