I had a issue where I did not receive my package UPS opened the claim , I had to wait weeks for the investigation to be complete for them to change the the status to "package recieved " when I have yet to receive it Why would they change my status if I kept calling every day asking about my packageUPS then opened another investigation which they said will take business days On the final day of the investigation the investigation was still not completeEvery day I call in regards to a status and the representatives say it will be complete on different daysNo one knows what they are doing!!!! They are rude !!!! And you don't treat people like this !!!!! My shipper is waiting for a update so they can proceed with my refund It has been whole month and no one knows what is going on I asked the representive what are the hours of the call center he said hours I called back and the hours say they close at Midnight! I will never do business with UPS ever again ! They have lost my service forever and I will tell people about this so no one else experiences this ! I rather deal with ***
