I ordered earrings from this company and I had to contact *** and file a dispute to actually get them. I texted, emailed and called and still no response. I finally received them and the picture looked better than the product. Again I tried to get in touch and had to threaten them with reporting them and they responded by saying to follow the guidelines on there website. I did and I returned it certified and they received it but again no response. All I want is my $39.99 and they will not respond to me.

I have reviewed the response and where I understand they are limited in what they can do because of the pandemic it took almost 2 months for a response and only because of the Revdex.com. A quick note from the first email I sent would have satisfied me. Communication.
