we are extremely happy that the customer brought this problem to our attention. It looks like the POS system had a glitch and it was looking up old tax table on this item when there was tax on items...

over $55. the cashier who spoke to the customer had the wrong information and she was in no position to give any customer service regarding tax table. We have remedied that situation and spoke with the manager in the store. I will be reaching out to [redacted] and will refund the tax she was charged.
