Mystique Oil

Review: I had call mystique oil to deliver 100 gallons of home heating fuel. I told the service rep I wasnt sure if I was out of oil, just wanted a delivery because I was very low in fuel. The owner told me to incl. $40.00 in the check in case he has to start the furnace. I wrote a check and incl the $40.00. The next day I heard the worker downstairs, I went down to see what he was doing. I first noticed he had not put in 100 gallons, but 80. I asked him about this and he was surprised by the question. He said he would credit me the difference. He then told me my furnace was fine and not out of oil. He told me the 40.00 would also be credited. I called the office several times and left messages, never a reply. After about 2 wks of calls I finally got an answer. I told them I wanted to have the credited amount delivered in the form of oil. I should have been delivered $116.20 worth of oil, but the ticket was for $76.20. I called the office again and luckily got the receptionist. I told her that the 40 was never credited to the acct like I was told. No work was done on the furnace, no restart needed. The owner came on the phone, extremely condesending and rude. He told me any time a man has to go in a buildibg its a service charge. I tried to remind him that no work was done, and he had no need to go in the basement. He said it came in as a service call. I simply said I need 100 gallons of oil, and was told to incl. $40.00 IN CASE A RESTARTwas necessary. No restart was done. I can find nowhere on the slip or on his website that indicates these are his policies. I feel I was ripped off. The workers were also poking around in other tenants bins. The bottom line in, I was promi sed a credit of 40.00 b/c work was not done. No policies of this nature are listed anywhere.Desired Settlement: Ck for $40.00, donot want it in oil, will never use them again!

Review: I had oil delivered 3-5-14 bill was for over $1800, wrote check in full and service man left, when my boyfriend went outside he found huge oil spots from top of driveway to bottom and and small drops along the way back to his truck. He called the company and asked to speak with the owner and the owner was the man who delivered the oil, and when he told the man that he left huge oil spots he said I know I saw the them and then laughed about it. Said the spots wear away after time, this is not acceptable. Driveway is only 2 years old. After the owner left we called the webster bank to cancel check, paid $35 to stop payment. We would like the oil company to pay to have the huge oil spots covered, we have video of the whole driveway.Desired Settlement: would like the driveway fixed with blacktop
