None of what this customer is saying is accurate She was refunded her money after she herself left us vulgar messages making threats to report us negatively to the Revdex.com She made zero attempt to work with us for a solution that would help both sides...just said to refund her money well
after the trial period and we did since we felt bad that her father died recently and then claimed that she needed the money after hurricane IRMA came through, so we obliged her Honestly, this complaint is a tremendous disappointment as was her behavior, which I am happy to provide if it may shed light on what actually transpiredThere was never any vulgar or disrespectful messages sent to her, although we received a few from here coincidentally We have a spot on record of great customer service, which we value very much because there is NO WAY to accomplish this unless we are actually and truly providing great service to our valuable customers There was imply no rationalizing with or pleasing Debbie This is the truth and I would be available to elaborate further as requested We hope to maintain our positive reputation and do find it unfortunate that this customer feels the need to slander our company as she is attempting to doIf necessary, we will pursue this matter legally if we feel it is necessary The reality is, although we try every day to keep all customers happy, this is sometimes just not possible like in the case of *** *** Thank you for your time and understanding.*** - MyStreamBox.net***
