cashback. Unfortunately it appears that due to staff changes at that time, this money was not paid. The cashback was therefore only sent to [redacted]’s account on January **, 2015. We have now written to [redacted] informing him that the payment has been made. Moving forward we will ensure that all emails are responded to as a matter of course, even if a full answer is not yet available. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for making us aware of this issue and hope that we have been able to resolve it satisfactorily. If you require any further comment or assistance from us, please do not hesitate to be in touch.

Review: I placed an order though MySupermarket.com on April [redacted], 2014. I was told that I would receive a cashback amount of $43.26 through [redacted]. By July [redacted], I had still not received this cashback and so I emailed the company (they do not list a phone number). On July [redacted] they wrote back that my cashback had been rejected and they needed copies of my receipts in order to continue. On July [redacted] I emailed them copies of my receipts and on July [redacted] I was told that the cashback amount would be sent to my [redacted] account shortly.

By October [redacted] I still had not received the funds and so I emailed the company again. This email went unanswered, as have emails that I sent on November [redacted] and January [redacted], 2015.Desired Settlement: I would like MySupermarket.com to send me my cashback refund as promised.

Review: I initially was promised $20 bonus plus cash back on shipping for $75 worth of items. Then, I was sent a promotion where I was promised $40 plus cash back on shipping for 2 orders of $75 each. I had $64 "pending cash back" prior to the last $40 promo and the last $75 shipment. However, after a month, I still did not receive this $64 (and nothing had registered that I would get the $40 promotion for my recent activity). When I contacted the site, they told me I needed to send all of my shipment confirmations (10 in total) in order to get my cash back. They said I would receive this cash back by the end of the week.

I sent all of these in, however, at the end of the week, I still had not heard anything and could not get in touch with the site, as they have no customer service number. I then looked at my account, and saw that now I had just $25 in pending cash back (neither the $64 that was there initially, nor the $110 I should have in total for all purchases). I emailed this company again, and also tried to reach out to their blog, but with no response.Desired Settlement: Please give me the promised promotions and shipping cash back for my orders.

Review: Does not reply to emails or telephone calls. Does not provide a mailing address for complaints. No response whatsoever. I ordered 12 boxes of a product and was charged for 12 boxes, plus shipping/tax. I received confirmation of 3 boxes. No explanation if they credited my account with full amount for 12 boxes or why they only sent 3. I had to deal with canceling order to Walmart (driving 1/2 hr. to store to return 3 boxes)and did not get my shipping refunded. I emailed 3 times and called two numbers (message machines...one was turned off). A terrible company.Desired Settlement: Would like response from company on: 1. Is my credit card billed for $37.44 (12 boxes) or for $15.17 (3 boxes). I received confirmation of the $37.44 on website. 2. Why did they NOT advise me that I could only order 3 boxes??... and, then they went ahead and sent them? I did not want only 3 boxes, as the shipping/tax was too high.

Review: Hello everyone,

First, I'd like to thank the Revdex.com team for your service and assistance. Second, I'd like to advise I have shopped with mysupermarket.com on multiple occasions. Initially, all purchases went very well. A few months ago, the company aggressively marketed a program where a $40 credit would be issued. It required 3 steps. After finishing the first 2 steps, I received a reminder e-mail that I was close. I completed the third step, however have not received my $40 credit. I have tried to communicate with the company directly on several occasions, however the e-mails for both "inquiries" and "service" including the e-mail associated with the Revdex.com page are bouncing back as non-deliverable.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is 2 part. 1) I'd like to receive the promised $40 credit. I'm fine with a $40 deposit into my paypal account, or a refund to the credit card I used most recently.

2) I'd like the company to update their webpage to include only working e-mail addresses.
