Review: I am complaining because after 8 years and faithful providing service to this group they cutoff my account. I have emailed asking for an explanation repeatedly. They took nearly 10,000 points away and I earned these points honestly. I have spend lots of time getting nothing for my efforts so who is cheating whom. I just feel that an explanation is deserved and good customer service. I should be able to spend my points. Not a deal if I don't qualify as a good customer for no reason anymore, however, I provided them with good honest data. I don't even file complaints ever. This is a first.Desired Settlement: I would like to spend my honestly earned points. However, I would like an explanation as to why I was cutoff. Note this happened after I installed a software program on my phone and it was a janky app causing me problems and reboots on my phone, but they never asked for feedback about that. I just hate being cheated.

Review: I have been a member of Mysurvey for almost a week. I had just saved up enough points to redeem them for a gift card (500 points for downloading their Mobile Connect app plus 685 points from completing a dozen surveys). I went to log in to my account, and the website says my account had become inactive. I emailed them to ask about it but have received no response.Desired Settlement: I want them to reactivate my account so I can redeem my points, points that I earned through surveys and downloading their app (which checks traffic on my phone). Or, they can mail me a check or gift card for the $10 I earned.
