Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Their response was totally inaccurateThey know I'll been going there for years, and for out of those years I've had the same addressSecond, when I went in their office in late January I provided them with all my closing documents for my homeI made sure to inform her multiple times of my closing date because I was curious about the tax deductionThird in their response they made it seem like I was frustrated because if their protocol Which was also falseI was frustrated with their lack of accountabilityI was never informed about their protocolAs stated in my initial message their employees informed me that my amendment wasn't completed due to them being busy, not that they don't do amendments until after April ***I was told this multiple times from FebUntil AprilNot once did they mention any other protocol until April, which was when my frustration beganSo it doesn't surprise me that they would lie or give a statement on a Revdex.com responseTell them to open my file and all my closing documents would be thereIt's totally irresponsible and reckless to blame a customer for something that was clearly their fault In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We do not agree with [redacted] request because service was provided our fees we charge for the preparation, and his taxes were prepared accordingly to the documents and information providedwe charge separate fees for amendments or any other assistancewe will not provide a reimbursement for an issue we could have resolved if [redacted] just waited for our store policywe were willing to make any correction for him with no additional fee before this dispute, this situation is very unfortunateThank you

We did see *** *** late January, however he failed to mention that he moved part year to MtVernon, at the time our clients arrive our staff provides them with an agreement form where they state all changes, and re write all their tax related information such as addresses, dependents, school,
work information etcIt is very important that the client provides us with the correct information to prepare their return accurately, also we ask our client thoroughly at the time we are preparing the tax return and he did not mentioned that he lived part year in NYC*** *** received his federal refund on February * 2017; therefore this is not an IRS issueHe received a letter from the state of New York not from the IRS as he statesMytax2go has not been negligent to this case; every time *** *** called or visited the office he was attended professionally with courtesyDue to the high volume of clients we see we always make amendments or any tax inquiry that is not related to the fiscal year, after April *** since we are open year roundIt is very unfortunate to be in this position with *** *** he has been our client since 2005, no service was denied to *** ***, it was just not provided at the time he wanted due to our high volume of work which was explained to *** *** in more than one occasion. We understand his frustration but we do have a system that we follow thoroughly, we apologize for any misunderstanding because we have never had any issues with *** *** in the pastAlso family matters have nothing to do with the fact that *** *** did not want to be patient and wait for our protocol so we could help him with his state issue

Their response was totally inaccurate. They know I'll been going there for 12 years, and for 11 out of those 12 years I've had the same address. Second, when I went in their office in late January I provided them with all my closing documents for my home. I made sure to inform her multiple times of my closing date because I was curious about the tax deduction. Third in their response they made it seem like I was frustrated because if their protocol.  Which was also false. I was frustrated with their lack of accountability. I was never informed about their protocol. As stated in my initial message their employees informed me that my amendment wasn't completed due to them being busy, not that they don't do amendments until after April [redacted]. I was told this multiple times from Feb. Until April. Not once did they mention any other protocol until April, which was when my frustration began. So it doesn't surprise me that they would lie or give a false statement on a Revdex.com response. Tell them to open my file and all my closing documents would be there. It's totally irresponsible and reckless to blame a customer for something that was clearly their fault.

This company continues to lie during their responses. All the proper/correct information was given. Their employee's negligence caused my returns to come back incorrect,  and their other employees negligence to properly inform me of the company's amendment policy caused this current problem. Yet they continue to blame me for their negligence. I will be forced to place another complaint with the Attny General & consumer affairs as well if they continue to refuse to rectify this issue.
