I wanted to let you know that I received a check from a company by the name of *** *** address of *** *** *** *** *** *** ** XXXXX-XXXX, Check *** made out to my husband, *** *** for the amount of $The check came in a generic white envelope with only our address, not our name and then stuffed inside a USPS Priority Mail envelope with a tracking numbersAs you can see by the below email trail, I requested a refund in the amount of $from a company, My Tech Experts out of California along with a letter stating what the refund was for and that we were not responsible for the charges and being fully refunded for them
Having dealt with this issue since the original date of occurrence 6/4/my husband and I did the following:
Sent the below email requesting the letter as I had said we will not close out the Revdex.com complaint without the refund and letter
Saturday 10/31/called Chase Bank (bank check is drawn on) and asked procedure to cash the check based on the situation we are inThey had us come to their banking center
Went to Chase Banking Center and showed two forms of i.dalong with the check, signed the check and noted it is for a full refund for the My Tech Experts charges from 6/(we did this since we have no proof that Cinnamonevennings LLC is the same as My Tech Experts and the check amount is off by Not to be petty, but we feel this company has poor business service and were advised to do this to protect ourselves)
Updating you on the status that we have the refund, but would like to keep the Revdex.com case open until we receive a letter from My Tech Experts as promised in the email trail belowI can provide you all email correspondence if you'd like
Please update the case with this information and advise of next steps
