on walmart ,com I ordered tow dolly straps their ad had a 2 pack of straps for 29.99 this was the header thet also had one for 19.99 so I ordered the two pack when walmart sent confirmation the description said one singular I went back to walmart .com and the ad said 2 pack (u have rwo straps for the dolly) but when you put the item in the cart it said singular one I emailed customer service and called the cpmpany 800 number she listened to my complaint 2 hours later natasha emails me that the order was for on ei emailed back in in your catalogue they are 19.99 for one so if thats not true cancel my order !!!! they still sent it arrival jun 5-9 I know what the walmart.com ad said but they changed the walmart add if one is 19.99 why would I pay29.99 do I get a half of the other is this bait and switch or just their marking people screw up
I tried to explain to customer that what he had purchased was for 1 strap for $29.99. We do not sell this on Walmart.com for a 2 pack nor do we on our main website(myteeproducts.com). He did call in on Friday May 29th and speak with *** about the pricing. She confirmed with customer that we only sell this item as single item and we do have it for cheaper on our main page for $19.99. At no time did he state he wanted to cancel order, nor did he email in to cancel. I asked for him to send me the info he had on this 2 pack but he has yet to send us this information. We did not edit our listing as he is stating. We have no reason to change any information. If we truly made a mistake we would take care of the customer. I made several attempts to try an resolve issue with customer but he had resorted to name calling. I have provided the email correspondence with customer and the listing of the product in question. Customer may return product in new condition if he is not happy with the product.
