Review: I paid to access a month of the online video game Warhammer Online. I was unfairly accused of cheating and my account was suspended. No cheating of any kind was occurring and the punitive actions by Mythic to my account are unjustified. As I can not play the game I paid to play due to the error on behalf of Mythic. I would like to have a full refund for the monthly subscription fee.Desired Settlement: The business should reimburse the credit card used to pay for the game for the monthly fee paid.

Review: I asked to speak with someone about my account issue and the company just sent me in circles with emails, telling me how to do it, but its a loop to the whole emails that's the problem I am having. I am having login issue and linking my account on both site. mythic and EA orgin.Desired Settlement: refund of my 6 month subscription I paid for in advance and a refund of my expansion I bought.
