We passed along the information to the event, and if she would have arrived, she would have been able to go in. The Meet and Greet area was only available to people who arrived before 7:30 pm. That email came from the event and did not affect us from getting the correct information of the purchase to the event. We believe that if [redacted] would have just shown up, she would have had no issue getting into the VIP Area. If she would have shown up before 7:30pm as noted, she would have qualified for the "Meet and Greet" area.
