Our company has discussed the situation with the client and an understanding was reached. The order was indeed placed a year ago, however since it's an order for corporate dissolution in New York it involved several steps: (1) filing final tax return (2) filing with New York Dept. of Taxation...

and Finance in order to receive Clearance letter; (3) once this letter is received (by the client) we file the dissolution with New York Secretary of State.It seems like the process is very near its end. It is important however that the client understands that dissolving a company does not necessarily mean the client will be protected in case of a lawsuit against a company. We encourage the client to seek legal advice regarding the lawsuit. Below is a detailed report on what happened with this order from the beginning until now. September ** - Client placed the order September ** - We discussed the order with our CPA in order to establish the cost of final tax returnSeptember ** - CPA quoted us $350.00 for the final tax return. September ** - Client made payment for tax return.October * - We emailed client requesting copies of financial info per our CPAOctober * - Per our CPA since this company was opened in May of same year they won't be able to file a final tax return until February next year, when tax season opens for 2014 tax returns. They kept information on file and planned to be in touch sometime in January to complete the process. October * - CPA representative spoke with client and explained he needed to wait until next year (at that time) to file the tax return. October ** - Our representative also informed the client that we have to wait until Jan to file the tax return and put order on hold. Jan * - Filing manager made a note to arrange the final income tax return to be filed. Jan ** - Submitted to CPA for final tax return filing Feb ** - Our rep emailed client a form that CPA needed to file the return March ** - Our rep emailed client the tax return for their signature that CPA needed March ** - CPA informed us that the tax return was transmitted and to email client and remind him that he has to pay NY $25.00 dollars and send it along with the form CT-200-V.March ** - Client informed us that he has closed bank account and would like us to mail the $25 dollar payment @ client the custom payment link. March ** - Client made paymentMarch ** - Payment sent to Dept. of Taxation and Finance April ** - We emailed client asking him if he has received the letter from  Dept. of Taxation and Finance, received no response. October ** - Client emailed letting us know he has not received the letter. Our rep instructed the client to notify us at once when the letter was received.November ** - Our rep talked to [redacted] from the department of Taxation and Finance, the Final Tax Clearance letter hasn't been processed as of yet will be processed and sent to the client between 10-15 business days.

This complaint was received after our representative has chatted with the client via [redacted]. The transcript of this chat conversation is enclosed below, therefore it is not clear what is the purpose of this complaint, as it is clear from this communication that we are doing all we can to have this...

client's order fulfilled.To make sure everything is being handled as intended here is a time line of what was happening to this client's order:June ** - order receivedJune ** - client confirmed the payment and submitted necessary IDsJune ** - order moved to Rushed Orders department, and all applications were preparedJune ** - package was received by [redacted] (2nd business day delivery, since this is expedited order). Tracking number [redacted]June ** - package received by the [redacted] Secretary of State office (mind the weekend).July * - this is the 5 business day processing for expedited orders. We called the state and were notified that the name chosen by the client was not available and filing was rejected 2 days earlierJuly * - rejection letter was received. We contacted the client the day before to ask for new name. July * and ** - we were calling the state to ensure with a representative that a new name will not be rejected. We are usually not doing it since in 99% of cases online name search allows us to find any conflicts. July ** - new application was prepared and [redacted]ed to the state. Tracking number [redacted] (mind the weekend)July ** - New application received by the state for processing. We are expecting the company to be registered any day now. Once we see the company show up in the state records we will notify the client and complete the rest of the order. As it shows in the timeline, we handled the order on a Rushed basis (the $35 extra) and also submitted it for expedited processing with the state (3-5 business days for state processing). The name chosen by the client has cleared the search, however due to some more complex conflicts the state has rejected it. It must also be clear to the client that since we are dealing with government agencies it is impossible for us to control the speed of order fulfillment beyond what the state agencies permit. For example, the EIN order that we will process right after we see the company as registered in the state records could take on average about 10 business days, since thats the processing time for [redacted] when dealing with foreign clients. This processing time is clearly stated next to the EIN item on our forms. Review: Business received a total $866 to change domicile of my company.

$35 was charged for "rush my order" services.

Website promises that documents will be uploaded on customer on line account.

Status of my order was unchanged for more than 15 days. Its almost 1 month and 3 weeks and order is not completed.

Responsible agent didn't reply to my emails to explain the delay of procedure .

Customer service rep contacted twice for my order to start working again. I asked twice to speak to a supervisor but no one responded. Customer service rep did nor respond to my questions why I paid for a rush order when I needed one week for to have an answer and why I don't see any of my documents uploaded as promised.

This company doesn't do what the web site promises missileading customersDesired Settlement: Responsible person needs to contact customer.

Explanation of charges needs to be done especially when order delays.

I used this service to "easily" form a simple LLC. There is a legal entity attached to their services that begins to bill you after a certain amount of time, and are also legally attached to the company your formed. Not so much YOURS if you try to get rid of it. Ive been battling them for three years, and now that I no longer have the LLC they are still constantly threatening and harassing me to pay for the services, to the point of stating that yes I AM still in business and need to pay them if I wish to have them removed or to dissolve my business that I no longer own.

Its a scam that has cost me hundreds, and apparently will continue to since I need some type of legal action on my end to stop them. It is the most stressful and frustrating thing to deal with.

Review: In Sep **, 2014,the order #[redacted] was submitted and made the payment US$638.The order is dissolution of one NY Corp, at that time your [redacted] staff promised that my order will be finished in two weeks, now time is Nov **,2015, more than a year has passed, my order is still no substantial progress , in this period, I also paid US$27 for the Final Tax Return form CT-200-V.It is too long and no time for me waiting, The most terrible is,if I can not get all documents of Dissolution of soon, I will be faced with a lawsuit because of business disputes. You are really slowly and it seems nobody care it,just ask wait...it is very disappointed,please note, I will never receive any Clearance Letter from the New York State,now you may do:

1)Please finish the order #[redacted] in two month, but not you promised two weeks. That is, I have to get all the documents of Dissolution before Jan **,2016.

2)If you can not do first option,please refund US$638+US$27=US$665 as soon as possible, I will use other efficient and responsible company to finish my dissolution before Jan **,2016,this is very important for me.

Review: Hi, I have taken MyUSACorporation.com service to register my LLC in [redacted]. My Order number is [redacted]. I paid expedited fees at both state level and at MyUSACorporation.com level. The regular process time was 21 days and Expedited was of 5-7 days. Till date 20 days have been passed and I stand nowhere with my LLC registration. Their service agents while chatting do not even know that I have paid the expedited fees. I am wondering whether they are considering my application with expedited fees or not. I am going in lots of financial loss due to this and is also affecting relationship with my customer and thus affecting my personal health also.

I sincerely urge to MyUSACorporation to tell the truth when their agents are chatting and consider my application on expedited model.
