apologize for the imprecision of the quote and our intent is never to misrepresent the size of our storage containersWe always try to work with the customer to help them to estimate the number of containers necessary to store or move the personal propertyUnfortunately, this is often difficult as every household is different and we can't visualize the contents over a phone conference
Regarding the size of our container, unfortunately, this is also not as straight forward as the measurements provided in the letterThe measurements given are the exterior of the containers but the interior measurements are most pertinentThe interior of the containers are different and we do pick up additional space versus our competitorThis is due to the fact that their container has an overhead garage door versus our container which has a door that swings to the outsideFour of our containers are larger than one sixteen foot container of the mentioned competitorIf four of our containers are completely filled an additional box from our competitor would have to be purchased to fit the same amount of propertyWe tell our customers that our containers hold approximately - 1/rooms of propertyOur competitor on their website states their foot container typically holds 3-roomsWe mention the above as examples of how the difference in container sizes is an approximate comparison and not always exact
Please know that we take consumer complaints very seriouslyBased on this complaint we have talked with our sales representatives to properly and more clearly communicate the size of our containers as compared to our competitors
