Clubzone operates a page for events in *** Purchased tickets for a NYE event at a venue, ***, and upon arriving at the venue learned that the venue does not use this company as a re-seller for their events Had to pay for the event at the venue after showing the tickets provided by Clubzone Contacted Clubzone for a refund and also contacted my bank for a dispute indicating that I paid for the same event through Clubzone as well as at the venue Clubzone only restated their no refund policy The venue attended does not work with ANY third party ticket re-sellers and when I followed up with the venue they noted that post for their event through Clubzone was likely fraudulent and reiterated that they do not sell tickets through any website other than their own While attending the event several other customers who had purchased tickets through Clubzone had the same experience I would recommend verifying with the venue prior to purchase that they use this company for ticket re-sell so that you may avoid paying twice for the same event

Well I had bought a ticket for an event, which had advertised an artist (Lil Yachty) that I would love to see. A day or so later, the artist had cancelled or was otherwise removed from the attendance. So I asked for my money back, thinking they would understand. My friend did the same, who was also planning on going to the event. After contacting them, they offered him either a free drink, or a refund, and told him to contact them at an address that did not exist. So he and I then contacted them, explaining that they sent a faulty address, they finally gave us a proper one. So I contacted them, explaining the situation, and they responded by asking for an explanation as if they did not read my concern. They also added that they only give refunds if the event is cancelled or postponed, although earlier in the week they offered my friend a refund. Needless to say, they still have not reached out to me yet, and will probably say that because they added another artist, the event is not postponed or cancelled, but to me, that is messed up. If I was selling oranges tomorrow, and people gave me money prior to that, and then I ended up selling apples, I would obviously give them their money back unless they agreed to spend the money on apples, to me, that is the just thing to do. I tried calling multiple times and left a message a few days ago, still nothing. I am very disappointed with the service and support from ticketzone, I will continue trying to get my money back, but now that they have waited past the event date to reply, I would not be surprised if they did nothing, knowing they still have my money. Ticketzone? More like ticket for an artist then next thing you know they pull a switcheroo and pretend like there is nothing wrong or unfair. I'll update this review if they end up doing the right thing, but given our history with them, I'm not holding my breath. BEWARE!

Ever since I used VoiceMailTel I can say that my business worked better. There is a big difference between how daily operations used to be and and how they are now.Remote employees seem to be a part of a single office and much more professional.
