NEO Builders contacted me on December 5. *** *** said he would come out the following week and try to stop the water infiltration problems*** never showed up or contacted me since then
Review: I purchased a log home through Cedar Craft Log Homes and used their preferred builder NEO Builders (an Amish company) to be the general contractor and erect the log home. There are still numerous water leaks in the log walls, corners and around a window. NEO Builders attempted to seal a couple of the leaks, but not all of them. I posted color pictures at each of the leaks and emailed the pictures to a company that NEO Builders uses as an email account. I kept calling NEO Builders about the water leaks after each rain storm. I contacted Cedar Craft Log Homes about the problems at my house and the owner visited my home. Cedar Craft Log Homes couldn't believe all of the water problems that I had and still have. Eventually, I got a verbal response from NEO Builders that said that I, the home owner, caused all of the water problems. NEO Builders has not responded to repairing the water leaks and will not return any of my phone calls for the past several months.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is to properly fix the water leaks.
