I am filing a complaint on this company that I have been with faithfully paying every month on our policy for years.Insured: [redacted] # XXXXXX Policy Date: [redacted] : [redacted] received a letter late February stating that I did not make a payment in December I immediately sent a check after being notified of a nonpayment I received another letter stating that policy had to be reinstated and ask if there was a new sickness in the family I do not lie and I said yes, then I was told that the sickness was not covered in the ICU I called the company back to discuss this matter I was told that I had to start policy all over and that I had lost previous coverage after paying years I don't feel like this matter is an appropriate way to handle or treat loyal customers
