Review: I purchased n-fab step bars in [redacted]. In [redacted] I reported to n-fab that the product was received damaged. N-fab suggested I purchase a particular type of spray paint and try to " touch up " the damaged step bars. In [redacted] I reported (via e-mail) that the bars were rusting. N-fab told me they would ship out replacement bars and coordinate the pick up of the old step bars. After calling numerous times to follow up, four months later, I was shipped new step bars. Unfortunately, The new step bars were shipped out with damage to the powder coating. In [redacted] I reported this to n-fab via e-mail. On [redacted] I received a return e-mail apologizing and with a commitment to sent me some " touch up " paint. As of [redacted], I have not received the touch up paint and The old bars were never picked up. I notified n-fab via e-mail, multiple times to request pick up of the old step bars.. On [redacted] ( via e-mail ) I was told to re-package the old step bars, and they would be picked up on [redacted]. Its now [redacted] and the old step bars are still in my driveway waiting for pick up. I have notified n-fab via e-mail no less than ten times to try to resolve this issue. I have also sent n-fab a e-mail communication stating that if the old step bars were not picked up by [redacted] , I will assume that n-fab does not want the old step bars back and that I will dispose of them. To date, the package is still in my driveway and no word on the touch up for my "new" damaged step bars.Desired Settlement: Full refund





Mr. [redacted] purchased a set of steps from a retailer. He

called us to tell us that there was some scratches of the bars. We sent

another set to Mr. [redacted] and we sent as carrier to pick up the old set at no

charge to Mr. [redacted].


Mr. [redacted] has 2 sets of steps in his possession, he

purchased and paid for only one. Mr. [redacted] refuses to cooperate with

freight company to coordinate the return of the old set. Moreover, he is

requesting a full refund from us when we did not sell the product to him in the

first place.


Depends on Mr. [redacted]'s cooperation or lack of.
