POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Had appt scheduled Got a call from a *** that he was directed to a dead end by GPS...Gave him directions to house I waited minutes and called *** to find out where he was...no answer.....waited minutes, called again.....no answerminutes later, he calls back and said he was at SOME HOUSE...WAITED minutes and "took off"!....HE WASN'T AT MY HOUSE!!! never called!!! Asked for managers number, called it and found out HE WAS THE MANAGER!!!! Father is President, left message for Father.....NO CALL BACK!!!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS!

I waited 20 minutes and called [redacted] to find out where he was...no answer.....waited 10 minutes, called again.....no answer.....10 minutes later, he calls back and said he was at SOME HOUSE...WAITED 15 minutes and "took off"!....HE WASN'T AT MY HOUSE!!! never called!!! Asked for managers number, called it and found out HE WAS THE MANAGER!!!! Father is President, left message for Father.....NO CALL BACK!!!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS!
