Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The manner which your self handle the situation has ver badThe dates are wrong which I have prove of the daya I've try to reach you and your self gave the run aroundSecond of all I've try to contact about fixing your bumper which since tje beginning we agree to fix since we did have an accident with itYou never answer the business phone nor your personal cell phone phoneWe do want our money back since the vehicle still has the same problemHow are you gonna sell a vehicle not running rightAnd very dangerousLike I said we will fix your bumper when you turn the money I do admit going ver negative to your business because my daughters life was at risk Anyone would be upset about that Regards, [redacted]

provide our customers with the best service possibleWe have been in business for years and I think our reputation speaks for itselfThis is our one and only complaint filed against us in our tenure, and we intend it to be our lastIn regards to the complaint made by, *** ***, The purchase date was on 06/08/not on 06/22/Enclosed will be the copy of the sales contract verifying this informationWe did agree to help and asked him to bring the car in to have it diagnosedHe brought the vehicle to us on July 10, The vehicle was brought in with damage to the front bumper and the factory exhaust system had been alteredMr*** came in with a very negative attitude and we we're not able to have any kind of meaningful dialogueA couple of days later we were contacted by Ms*** *** speaking on behalf of Mr***She stated to us that they did not want the vehicle anymore and wanted their money backWe as a business cannot do thatMr*** signed a contract (enclosed) obligating him to pay his debtHe also signed a "Buyers guide" (enclosed) which states the vehicle comes NO WARRANTYNot only that, but the car was also damaged as previously statedWe have always tried to work with our customers, whether it is car trouble, or simply needing an extension on their due date, we are here to provide excellent serviceWe understand that problems arise from time to time and we work with our customers to come to a reasonable solutionIt is unfortunate that we could not work anything out with Mr***We have resolved the initial issue with the vehicle and may be able to come to an agreement with Mr*** if he contacts us in a timely mannerIf you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact meRegards, *** *** Owner

tenure, and we intend it to be our last. In regards to the complaint made by, [redacted], The purchase date was on 06/08/15 not on 06/22/15. Enclosed will be the copy of the sales contract verifying this information. We did agree to help and asked him to bring the car in to have it diagnosed. He brought the vehicle to us on July 10, 2015. The vehicle was brought in with damage to the front bumper and the factory exhaust system had been altered. Mr. [redacted] came in with a very negative attitude and we we're not able to have any kind of meaningful dialogue. A couple of days later we were contacted by Ms. [redacted] speaking on behalf of Mr. [redacted]. She stated to us that they did not want the vehicle anymore and wanted their money back. We as a business cannot do that. Mr. [redacted] signed a contract (enclosed) obligating him to pay his debt. He also signed a "Buyers guide" (enclosed) which states the vehicle comes AS-IS NO WARRANTY. Not only that, but the car was also damaged as previously stated. We have always tried to work with our customers, whether it is car trouble, or simply needing an extension on their due date, we are here to provide excellent service. We understand that problems arise from time to time and we work with our customers to come to a reasonable solution. It is unfortunate that we could not work anything out with Mr. [redacted].
