I have placed several clothing orders from ** *** *** *** but I have not received any of the items from themMy complaint is I made many attempts to contact them via email with out any responseI asked if they could cancel one item I ordered and send me a refundThey finally responded about two weeks ago saying they would send me a checkBut when I contacted them today(5/8/18) they told me there would not send me a check because they had already started work on the overcoatSo I then sent them an email asking for them to cancel all orders I still had pending

Drove to Gettysburg from out of state to be measured for a custom jacket for reenacting in JanuaryThe lady declared a size and I insisted on size largerWe paid and were told weeks We waited closer to weeks and upon receipt the jacket did not fit, it was so tight that our son could not move his arms in it I called and very rudely Samantha said "send it back and I will refund your money" I inquired about the S&H fees I paid and she said she would have to get back to me She never did I returned the jacket and they rec'd it promptly in AprilIt has been over months and no refund, over a month ago told by the owner (Nick) "the check was in the mail" We were again told by email from Samantha the check was mailed to our address She refuses to confirm the address and date mailed We have called and left messages many times, we do not receive a response, we have not rec'd a check, and we are now hearing from other reenactment business's that this is standard ope

I sent payment to NJ Sekela on March 2017, for a *** Mounted Services CoatHis stored specializes it the reproduction of historical clothingTypically it takes anywhere from to months to completeWhen this time elapsed I contacted him, through out the course of the year he has continued to say that the coat is almost done and that he was just finishing it upOn the 27th of February he stated that the coat was complete and that he simply had to get it in the mail for shipmentSince this date I have still not seen shipping information or a word of deliveryI have attempted to make contact but he as ignored these attempts
I would make an attempt to personally drive to his stored front, but I am currently deployed outside of the United States while on Active Duty with the Army
