Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Regards,
[redacted]

After talking with our employees and looking at our logs. I can understand why Ms. [redacted] would be upset. I'm very sorry on behalf of NK Towing but the circumstances are: we give out ETA's (estimated times of arrival) based on what are screens currently look like. They are estimated because anything...

can happen to delay those times. Including our own vehicles breaking down, which then takes another one of our trucks off the road to assist the first, leading to extended eta's. When we initially received the call we were told a credit card was going to be provided to pay for the service. An email was sent out with an approval form and then our dispatch was waiting to receive the credit card information back. We do not submit a call to dispatch a truck in order to provide service until we have the credit card information in hand, along with all accompany documents. That is why when the customer called back there was no call written down. When a customer does not return the credit card authorization form, it is like saying your not ready for service. If we had provided service on April 9th, 2015, we would not discount the amount that would have been owed due to the wait time for the customers driver on scene. A customer is under no obligation to wait on service once an ETA is given and  can cancel service at any time if they feel the wait is extensive. We are sorry for the inconvenience and if you are ever in need of service again we will keep your information on file and can offer a 15% discount.

Mr. [redacted],I [redacted] @ NK Towing) personally spoke with you on October 10th in regards to this $575 invoice you said your Dad received and that you said you hadn't seen. I informed you that NK Towing does not have any active invoices for your vehicle. I also requested that you send a copy of this...

invoice to me so we can get to the bottom of this and gave you my email ([redacted]) and you said okay. So I was surprised to receive this notice from Revdex.com.In regards to your original invoice on September 17th, NK Towing was dispatched out to an accident involving 2 cars. There was extensive clean up that resulted from the accident and we are obligated to clean up the debris from the accident and are responsible for collecting the fees for the time spent doing the extensive clean up from the owners of the parties involved. We spilt the amount of the clean up between both vehicles involved in the accident. In this situation you were not charged for the time it took to load up another vehicle. You were charged for the amount of the extensive clean up involved in the incident. So somehow you were able to get away without paying all the fees owed, but we did not rebill or anything on this original invoice and counted it as a lose.Per California Vehicle Code (CVC) your vehicle was liened and although it was cancelled, a lien notice of a stored vehicle can still be mailed if the cancellation has not reached the department by the time you have picked up your vehicle. This lien notice states its purpose is to notify interested parties of a vehicle that is being stored based off the possession date. If the registered owner has picked up the vehicle then the lien notice does not apply for storage being owed. With this being said we have not authorized anyone to collect any additional funds from you and we at NK Towing have not sent a notice to demand any payments. Mr. [redacted] we still need a copy of this bill. This is a serious accusation and we would like to see a copy of this bill so that we can look further into the matter and get this handled.

To whom it may concern:Complaint ID [redacted]Thank you for the information. We have actually been in contact with Ms. [redacted] on a number of occasions before this complaint came in. The hardest part in dealing with this complaint has been getting a hold of Ms. [redacted]. Our claims department made contact...

with Ms. [redacted] on 11/7/2014 and then I also made a follow up phone call on 11/11/2014 when she let me know she did talk to the claims department Mr. [redacted]. She also informed me that she would be meeting him either the 11/11 or 11/12. Mr. [redacted] has been trying to get a hold of Ms. [redacted] to set a time to come out to her residence to inspect and take care of the situation and has not had any luck once again. Also we have not received any calls in the office from her either. I have the claims supervisor Mr. [redacted] that is going to make a trip out to the address provided on 11/14/2014 to finally get this situation resolved. Please let me know if you need any further information. [redacted]Office Manager[redacted]

To whom it may concern: I [redacted] Office Manager made contact with Ms. [redacted] and set a appointment for Tuesday 11/18/2014 at 2pm for my head claims adjuster to meet with her. [redacted]t met with Ms. [redacted] on the 18th at 2pm and inspected the vehicle and explained to her that the tool that we used to open her vehicle could not cause the damage she claims. Also [redacted] called a Master Tech from Bill's Complete Auto a AAA approved repair shop well he was with Ms. [redacted] to double check. The tech informed him that if the remote clicker opens the other doors and not that door that she's claiming we damaged then it's something internal in the door i.e. wiring or normal wear and tear from owner. The tool we used to open the door basically is like using your own finger, it was not put into the door paneling. All the driver did was use it like you would use your finger and flip the lock to open the door. [redacted] asked Ms. [redacted] to take the vehicle to a dealership for her own second opinion and if they claimed we caused the damage to have them call [redacted] and we would then go from there and take care of it if we were responsible. Neither I or [redacted] have heard anything from Ms. [redacted] since. Please let me know if you need any further information.

I called Mr. [redacted] on 1/5/18 and  left 2 voicemails at two different times in order to find out about the issue he has a complaint about. I left 2 voicemails with my name, contact number at my office and my hours of operation. I also left 3 messages with the owner (Ms. [redacted]) of the vehicle...

that was present at the service. I left 2 voicemails on 1/5/18 with my name, contact information and hours of operation to speak with her. I also called her today 1/9/18 and left another voicemail my contact information. I have not received any call backs from either party concerning this claim.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
When ever they called me and I couldn't pick up the phone due to
work or the time of the call, I would call them back when I am free
either after work or the following day. I spoke to Mr. Gary the supervisor
and was told that he would send a personal to my residence on Monday or
Tuesday (11/10/2014-11/11/2014) however no one showed up or called. Then they finally gave me a call on
Thursday (11/13/2014) but due to a me having to change phones I did not
call them back immediately.  I called them the following day on Friday (11/13/2014) and they set up an appointment again for someone to come on Tuesday (11/18/2014) at 2
pm to as the situation and hopefully to resolve it. So I am still currently waiting for them to resolve the issue.Regards,
[redacted]

Ms. [redacted],
                After
reviewing all the information, I am sorry that you feel you were followed or
stalked but I truly believe it was just a coincidence. The drivers do not know
how long anyone is...

parked in the fire lane but per the agreements we have with
all our complexes we are required to keep them clear. It is against the law to
park in a fire lane. Also yes it is a federal offense to make a copy of a
military ID but the only ID attached to our paperwork is a California ID. The
releasing agent needed to see a military ID in order to give a 10% military discount.
Which brings me to the overcharge issue; you were charged $337.50 ($195 for the
tow and $45 for 1 day of storage. This charge is applicable as soon as vehicle
hits the storage location. There is also an afterhours gate fee of $97.50)
which is the full price for a vehicle picked up after hours, within the first
24 hours. Then when a military ID was shown, a reimbursement of 10% was issued
back to you card of $33.75. I am sorry that you had to wait 3 hours to get your
vehicle back but everything afterhours is by appointment only and that was the
soonest a releasing agent was able to get to the storage yard to assist you
instead of having you just standing there waiting. We do not require our
releasing agent to give out their last name for safety reasons and confidentiality;
he did provide his first name and also put it on the invoice for you and for
management to know who did the release. I am sorry for the inconvenience but we
are just keeping the fire lanes clear for emergency vehicles and at this time
we will not be providing a refund.
