On [redacted] my husband called N&L to pick my television for repair.He returned my television on [redacted] with more damage than it had.On [redacted] picked up my television to repair a few lines going across my tv.I tmade several attempts to contact him but never answered my phone calls to return it . [redacted] I contacted social media to find out who this guy was and suddenly he called me within 5 minutes He said he had the part for in which he would have it fixed by the next morning It resulted in a cracked screen and over 50% of the screen showing a black picture.He claim the panel was so sensitive he had a time trying to repair it and asked me what could he do to resolve it. I asked him to buy another one and he said No he couldn't do it. I then asked do see his license he claimed he left them at home. I then called the authorities to make a report. I paid $798.00 plus tax for that 60 inch [redacted] television in [redacted] Only had it a year and I think I'd he couldn't do the job he shouldn't have left my home with it.Desired SettlementI would like for this guy to replace my television since they obviously couldn't repair it.
