[redacted], that isn't true and you know it.My husband repeatedly tried to contact you.  You wrote and signed a letter promising to be back in the spring, because it was too cold to fix it. I do not think you are capable of fixing the problem or you would have by now.  This is why I want the name of your insurance company.  You said you were bonded and insured.  I don't even want the money for the stolen items. I want to make a claim so that I can hire a reputable contractor to address our needs in a professional manner.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11473567, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:The work was not satisfactory and I discussed this with "[redacted]" and he said he was not given enough cement make the top of the porch level or slightly higher so that rain water does not collect on the porch.  Also I was told Saturday morning June 4th) that the cement work would be done with no additional charge to us (I would think so since that is obviously part of the job)!  And yet, you collected an additional $1900 from my husband after you wrote "paid in full" on the contract by the $8500 when I wrote that check.  When [redacted] left Saturday evening he tried to get me to write an additional check for $1950. In all fairness, I think you should refund the $1900 especially since you did get the $8500 that was supposed to be payment in full since you cashed the check about the same time I put the stop payment on it.  We do not want you on our property again.  A report has been filed with the Pleasant Ridge Police Department.

Now I'm sorry u feel u paid to much but no where in ur complaint did I see u not satisfied with our work! Now mam we did do work for u but what u have here is a marital issue not a workmanship issue nobody forced u or ur husband to do anything we were at ur house for over a week with 4 or more guys...

each day !!! We not only did everything we were contracted to but went above and beyond on ur job!!! Now I would appreciate if u didn't slander or badger my company when u clearly need to discuss things with ur husband not my company! We appreciate all the work and hope everything works out for u.
