They have NEVER missed a pick up, and we have been with them from the start. They get busy, but who doesn't. Great job!

I had an issue with these half wits and I called to get it resolved and spoke with some it named Clark who appeared to be mentally challenged,drunk,drugged or all the above.My next call was to their competitor.Im sure Im not the first to do that.

If your looking for a "Trashy" service qho will not pick your trash up, only 1 phone number to call and very rarely answers, calls you a liar by saying you didnt put your can out for over a month then these guys are for you ! I leave my can by the road always but they still miss it somehow. For 2 and a half weeks so far. I called and reported expecting them to empty the next day but still they did nothing. Mistakes happen but when they dont try to fix them is when I get pissed. Ive called everyday for over 2 weeks and now he wont answer of course. I just want what I pay for...pick up my trash . A competitor is closing down in a week and lots of people were talking about going to n and n waste but me being a pretty well known guy in this city has straightened everyone out. I just wanted a credit and be done with them but thats hard to do when they dont answer a phone. These guys are #1 if you just want your trash sitting by the road. If you get them, good luck and I hope they do better for you. May God be with you.

Did not give me a change of service card for the holidays. so my garbage did not get picked up. when I called about why my garbage wasn't picked up they told me about putting cards on the garbage cans the week before about change of days for pick up. I was out of town they didn't put card on my can and they said oh well I have to wait another week for pick up. now I have nowhere to put my garbage.Desired SettlementI need my garbage picked up since that's what I paid for and since they made no effort to give me a tag. they could've left it in my mailbox even though my can wasn't at curb they could see it from street and see I get service from them and could've left tag in my mailbox at least. if not money returned since they did not fulfill service I paid for.
