American Door came out and installed my DoorAug 10th Everything went wellI was happy at that time Weeks later the door was shifting to the left so I called to have someone look at itTo adjust it!! The owners Son came outWhen he was done adjusting the Door, there were holes in my Drywall( without my consent to do so!!) On top all along my frame above the door, He had smashed my Drywall because he stated to me after he was finished that the Door was hitting it as it was opening!! I could not believe my eyes!! I had no holes in my Drywall when it first was installed on Aug 10th so why do I now!!! Destruction of my Personal Property is a Misdemeanor by law unless it was done maliciously, it is a criminal act!!!! The Owner came out to look at it & gave me excuses why he did what he did!! I have had garage Doors installed in my lifetime, & not once did I have holes in my Drywall when they were done installing! All I wanted was an adjustment to the door not damaged Drywall, which they did not offer to fix it!! He did say He would reimburse me & I could keep the door I have yet not received my back that the Owner said he was going to repay!! I would not recommend this Company to my worst enemy!! Shame on them!!
