My wife and I can't say enough good things about *** and N R G Mechanical Our year old furnace started failing us on New Year's Eve and after calling a competitor who wanted to charge us $for a $part that we wouldn't be sure could fix our issue we contacted N R G through the referral of a colleague of N R G's
*** at N R G came out ASAP and was VERY cordial and professional After giving us a very thorough education about what our issues were we decided on a new furnace and air conditioner at a VERY reasonable priceIt was obvious he was more concerned with educating us and fixing our problem than he was about making a large profit
We had the problem solved within a couple of days at the coldest time of the year The workers who installed the furnace and AC units were on time and professional and courteous as well All in all a very stressful time was made much less stressful by the fine people at N R G
