Review: As a college student I was recently required to use McGraw Hill Connect's services to complete a portion of my class. They offered however a free trial period (which for my purposed and my particular class was the perfect amount and would save me much needed income as a college student). I then began to put forth many hours of study and work into what would be stored on their website. When the end of my free trial period approached I finished my coursework and began to collect notes on my studies stored on the website in my account. On the home page was clearly displayed a specific time upon which my account would be inactive and I would not have access to my work at that point. Date was July 15 2014 the time was approximately 2:30 pm give or take 10 minutes (I cannot verify the time at this point as I am currently locked out of my account). The days preceding that date and time were spent taking valuable notes on my work. On the morning of the aforementioned expiration date I logged onto the mcgraw hill connect website to spend no more than an hour or two finishing my notes, when I was informed my account had expired. I promply contacted the McGraw Hill customer service representatives explaining my plight, requesting simply the remainder of my promised trial period. In email correspondence they acknowledged an error in their system stating "This is actually a known issue with the free trial and our next level of support is already working for a resolution". Regardless of their admittance to an obvious error and misdirection on their end, they refused to allow me the small amount of remaining time I requested (and according to them rightfully had remaining), stating I would need to purchase a full license for the one hour of additional time I needed to access my weeks worth of studies. The stubborn customer service reps I emailed were named:[redacted]Desired Settlement: McGraw Hill Connect ended my free trial at midnight preceding the promised date and time. All I request is the remainder of time promised to me (approximately 14.5 hours) to adequately finish transposing my notes from their website.

Review: I have purchased through my school, [redacted] Academy, a software learning program named INTEGRATED ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORDS - A Worktext for [redacted] Medical Technologies' PrimeSuite. This software program does not work properly. There are user challenges that the company refuses to address in a timely fashion. I have prepaid for this program with student loans. The program freezes, does not record the entered information correctly thus, at times, causing my grade to be lower than it should or causing me to repeat the assignment because the software package freezes and returns to the beginning of the exercise without recording my efforts.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount of money spent on this program with government student loans refunded to the school and credited to my account.
