Beware of this company…..
Our community decided to use this company; N&S tree service, to do some tree work. The HOA board, along with the Property Management firm ([redacted] Property Mgmt/ [redacted] /his sister), paid to this vendor $8,500.
Per the invoice, that we later found out in court that [redacted] Property Mgmt had generated and paid, incompleted work was the reason for this action.
The newly elected HOA board (community recalled the previous HOA board & did not renew [redacted] Property Mgmt contract) was forced to take N&S Tree Service to court in order to resolve unfinished and shoddy workmanship. We received a favorable judgement of $1,500.00 from the court to have the work corrected and completed.
[redacted] Property Mgmt/Susan Nichols / his sister was admonished by the judge for a major conflict of interest in this ordeal.
N&S Tree Service / George W[redacted] was given many opportunities to meet and correct this situation but chose not to do so.
