I was contacted by this company from a debt from years ago that I am still not sure if I paid or not from a payday loanI have never been treated so poorly I was called all sorts of names from this companyThey would not give me their address or send me information on the debt they claim I owe the money onI gave them a card to pay part of the debtI am being harassed and called from all different phone numbersIt is so scary

These guys are debit collectors of the worst kind They called me trying to track down a family member of mine They used foul langauge, insults, and threats The person I spoke with "said" his name was *** *** He was rude and disrespectful I didn't even know what he was talking about It regarded some kind of debt from a family member of mine from years ago He said my entire family was a "joke" and "losers"

This company was rude and obnoxious and likely using illegal tactics. They used scare tactics in trying to collect on an alleged 8 year old debt. They posed as the county sheriff department threatening that a warrant for arrest would be issued for me if they were not contacted within 7 hours. Then they denied this scare tactic but continued with another one- threatening to take possession of my car which they have no legal rights to.

This company has called and called me in the past three days requested information to verify that I actually owed this money this is for a collection that is four years old wanted 1,800 and expected me to just hand it over to them when I asked for proof they said they would email it to me that has not happened was very rude with me and when I stated that I did not have the money to pay this I was threatened and they told me I was going to jail with three felonies and what was my kids going to do if children services would take them because that is what was going to happen what the heck
