I have researched the account and we apparently did not file her insurance in a timely manner so therefore it was rejectedI have recalled the account from the collection agency and have also instructed them to clear it in her credit report if it has gone to themI have adjusted her account to so she should not be getting any more invoices from SCS If there is anything else I need to do please let me know
