Our return policy clearly states you must have the purchase receipt to get a store creditThis customer did not have a receiptAlthough the tags were present on the plant material the pricing lists only the original priceWe are constantly running nursery specials throughout the season, which is why a receipt with actual pricing of the material is necessaryWe could have turned the customer away entirely but acted in good faith and replaced the plants as if he paid the lowest sale price they could have been marked at.
