N W Custom Deck

When we started the process of having our deck built, we weren't sure exactly what we wanted and what styles and materials would cost. We had three companies provide estimates and NW Custom Deck was the deck builder we chose. We did have one issue - our order included hidden fasteners and we came home from work one day to see that screws (matching the Azek decking) were used in the top of each board. [redacted], the owner, offered a make-good of either replacing all of the boards or giving us $$ back equal to the cost he would pay to buy new boards..

In the end, we are extremely happy with our deck and with our experience working with NW Custom Deck.
