N2 Blaster Face Cream dba Live Right Nutrient

I purchased both face cream and vitamins from N2 Blaster Face Cream for a $5 trial each. When I called to cancel the automatic shipment they said one additional shipment had been made for the face cream. They charged my bank card $89.95 twice. On 8/5/15, I was told they would issue two credits, each for $70.00. I called again on 8/26, 9/14 and 9/21. I'm being told that there's been a delay. On 8/26 I was told it would take 5-7 more business days before they issued the refunds of $70 each. On 9/14 they promised someone would email me within 24 hours re: the delay. On 9/21 they put me on an "escalated call back list" for a supervisor to call me back re: the delay. Each time I called and asked to speak with a supervisor, they told me no supervisor was available.
