We have carried the brand of juice you purchased for years and have never had any issues with their bottlesFor the initial bottle we replaced, we checked the lid and realized it had been turned too tight so it broke the sealWe did agree to replace that bottle that day but explained what had happenedIt was our understanding that the customer came back in a week or so later after flying with the replaced bottle and wanted a full refund this timeIt was also our understanding that the bottle was stored upside down and so we explained that flying with liquid can cause a pressure change and could cause leakingAlso, if it wasn't sitting upright then it could leakWe always strive to make sure our customers are satisfiedIf the customer feels that any of this is incorrect, please email [email protected] and we can discuss it further

The original box was purchased at clearance and then an additional 15% off was applied to that price making it $55 before tax. When the customer came in to address the issue he was having the credit for the full amount of what he paid for that box was offered. At that time I only had options in what...

he was willing to get that were more expensive so he was explained that there would be a price difference and I also showed him what I had in the store for the amount of credit he was getting and he was not interested.The customer wanted the exact device they had so I referred them to the manufacturer bc I am unable to purchase that box again. The warranty was never denied the customer just was not satisfied with the options he was given. We do have a store policy of no cash or card returns so the option was to put the amount he paid for that box towards any other device in the store, the customer was still unsatisfied.
