Store Manager was personally involved in both the original purchase transaction
as well as the telephone call from the CustomerOur Store Manager recalls the
explanation that she provided the Customer during the purchase transaction that
was made by completing the Application Form for the Credit Card and the
applicable 6-month payment planAs is done for all customers who apply for
this form of payment, our Store Manager explained to the customer that the
minimum required payment must be made according to the monthly statement
(mailed by the credit card/finance company)Failure to make the required payment as per the monthly statement would
incur an additional payment due that would include applicable interest (also
provided on the Application Form)Besides
the verbal explanation made by our Store Manager, information regarding the
above is provided on the written Application and Credit Card Agreement that was
filled-out and signed by the Customer
Failure
by the Customer to pay the monthly payment as provided in the mailed statement
resulted in this situation that Na Hoku did not effect and therefore, we will not consider the Customer’s request for payment

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Revdex.com Complaint Case#: [redacted].
The information that our Customer Service department has on-hand for the Customer's bracelet, and the requested modification work does not correspond with the...

complaint made by the Customer regarding any breakage of the bracelet.
The bracelet received from the Customer is a #[redacted] - Sterling Silver Sand Dollar bracelet, 7" in length (consisting of 10 Sand Dollar links). The Customer requested an estimate to have a modification made by having one of the Sand Dollar links removed from the bracelet and to purchase an additional Sand Dollar link to create a pair of matching earrings. The estimate to do this and to refurbish the bracelet would be $130.
The Customer then requested an estimate to have the bracelet shortened by one Sand Dollar link (without the purchase an additional Sand Dollar link to create a pair of matching earrings). The estimate to do this and to refurbish the bracelet would be $70.
The estimates above to modify the bracelet are at the Customer's request and are not due to any breakage that would be a warranty matter or otherwise.
To provide resolution in this matter, we can offer to have one Sand Dollar link removed (per the Customer's request), without any refurbishing to the bracelet for $35.
We will wait for the Customer's response to this option.

The bracelet was broken in a way the should have justified a free repair. I do acknowledge that removing a link in addition to the repair is a modification and will accept this solution. Please return the removed link with the bracelet to the [redacted] store where it was dropped off.

Without going into great detail, the Customer has been contacted by our Maui Store Management and is being provide an opportunity to rectify this matter to their satisfaction. The Customer verbally agreed to retract this complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all, the store manager wasn't personally involved.  She was personally involved with the last call I made RE: invoice from [redacted] Bank account which she told me I had to pay for the whole bill with interest.  If you check with my first complaint letter to Revdex.com three women told me that it was a 6-month payment plan.
I refuse to pay for this bill because I was told continuously that it would be a 6 month payment plan. When I called back and checked in with the store physically, I was told the same thing that it was a 6 month payment plan.
