Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of all, the store manager wasn't personally involved She was personally involved with the last call I made RE: invoice from [redacted] Bank account which she told me I had to pay for the whole bill with interest If you check with my first complaint letter to Revdex.com three women told me that it was a 6-month payment planI refuse to pay for this bill because I was told continuously that it would be a month payment planWhen I called back and checked in with the store physically, I was told the same thing that it was a month payment plan Sincerely, [redacted] ***
