N.A. Land

from N.A. Land, Inc. took a $9000 deposit from us for Demolition of a house and he never showed up to do the work. Months passed and he lied all the way through promising to start but never did. At one point he just avoided all our attempts to get him to do the work as agreed on our contract and later our attempts to collect our money back. He does this to all his clients as I have just found out. He takes a deposit never intending to do the work. He has multiple liens and complaints filed against him. My only fault was that someone I knew recommended the guy and I never searched the records to see what a scoundrel he is and how he does this to every person that falls for his scam. The guy does not even hold a license and instead uses other people's licenses to pull permits for him as he is now allowed to work in the city.
